Chiang Mai - If It's Not a Park, What Is It? | Thailand

Everytime i have been to Thailand i go past this amazing park. I always thought it was a public park that was taking a very very long time to build. So today i did some research on G's Park in Chiang Mai and seems like it's a mystery to what it actually is. If anyone can shed some light on what this park or project is for, then please comment below. Thanks.
